Highly Organized Play

Level one is designed to build fundamental movement quality and running mechanics for young children. Think of this phase as "highly organized play." The goal is for kids have a great time and learn a a lot.

10 Human Movement Principles

Level two is designed to build on the unique 10 Human Movement Principles from level one and introduce several key strength movements like the squat, deadlift, lunge, push, and pull for middle school to early high school-age athletes.

Optimal Performance Gains

Level three is designed to challenge the high school to early college-age athletes, physically for optimal performance gains. We are focused on improving each athlete to achieve mastery of each lift and ultimately their bodies.
