This 12-week small group program is designed for active adults who want to build strength, improve mobility, increase energy, and develop long-lasting habits that support their health, without the guesswork.
BEFORE THE PROGRAM STARTS:
Meet with a coach to establish a baseline as this first meeting with the team will help us define goals with you and the unique “track” you will take during the program.
Create a plan that works. Meet with a coach to build a training plan that will allow you to hit your goals and focus on your specific strength, mobility, core or cardio needs.
Establish your nutritional strategy and a plan that works. Work virtually on your own with our self guided program or participate in the 12 week guided nutrition coaching program. We have options for support and strategies that build success and last.
EACH WEEK YOU WILL:
Attending your in-person training sessions focused on strength, mobility, and functional movement.
Coaching support meet privately with your coach to keep you accountable, answer questions and help you stay consistent.
Foundational education on nutrition, recovery, and stress management to complement your training.
You’ll train alongside others who are working toward similar goals in a supportive and energizing environment, no egos, no pressure, just real people working towards real progress.
